About Tourist House Santa Croce
In the Centre of Florence we wait for you in a place where the rooms are really quiet and clean. Tourist House Santa Croce is located in the heart of the city,1 minute from Santa Croce Cathedral,5 minutes from the magnificent Cathedral Duomo, 8 minutes from the Academy Gallery (Galleria dell'Accademia - where Michelangelo's David is exposed) and only some steps away from all the main monuments and museums of the city.
All rooms are very nice and spacious,made in a modern style.
We'll provide you a full linen bed.
The district surrounding the hotel is one of the most lively in town. Nearby you will easily find stores, pubs, bars, caf�s and restaurants at reasonable prices crowed with people coming from all over the world.
The room with private bathroom, means, at the Tourist House Santa Croce, washbowl and toilette. The shower is outside (shared). If you want is completely private ( with the shower inside) just book it and send us an email and we will take note and keep for you a room in the other location (part of the main place) wich is only 5 minutes distant from the Tourist House Santa Croce.

Every Friday the reception close at 19:30 and open Saturday at 20:00. If you want to stay here for the weekend please keep in mind that between this hours you can not check-in.
In the other days the reception /check-in is 24 hours!

According to the City Council resolution n. 230/33 of 06/20/2011, from July 1st the City of Florence will
introduce the tourism tax, applied to non-residents overnight staying, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
The tourism tax rate is Euro 2,00 per person per night, and it is not applied to:
children (up to 10 years old);
people, who provide assistance to patients in hospital, max one each patient
people/family, who provide assistance to underage patients in hospital, max two each patient

You can find us walking 15 minutes from the train station,or taking the bus line 14 or 23 untill to via della Colonna 3/ Piazza Azzeglio and than walk a few minutes on via Borgo Pinti wich end in Piazza Salvemini, from there you take via Verdi and you arrive in via Ghibellina, wea are at the nr 95 in the same palace with Teatro Verdi. On the corner of the palace is a Farmacy (Farmacia Selva). If you need more information please contact us.

very friendly staff! you have the key to come as you want and go! It is more an apartment as a hostel and it is much better! located in the historic heart of florence! the night street l "hostel is animated because there are many bars and clubs!" I really recommend!

Great location, close to night life bars, really clean, kitchen not that good, but ok, hot water for shower, nice staff. Recomended
