Important Information

Cancellation Policy:

This property has a 1 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

*All NO SHOWS will incur a 1 night charge.

New Years & Christmas Reservations

* Reservations are to be secured by prepayment or guaranteed by credit card. All reservations booked by credit card will be charged in full on the 1st December 2012. Credit Cards which decline will have their reservations cancelled.

*There is a 7 day minimum stay over the Christmas / New Years Period if arriving between the 22nd December 2012 and the 6th January 2013

*No changes will be accepted for Christmas & New Years bookings after the 30th November.

* Cancellations after the 1st December 2012 (and before arrival date) will incur a penalty equal to that of your accommodation. No Refunds will be given.

Terms & Conditions

*Cancellations that occur with less than 7 days notice during Peak Periods will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking. (See above for Christmas & New Years Terms & Conditions)

*All credit card transaction will incur a 2.5% surcharge

*There is a strict NO refund policy for in-house guest. (Guest already checked-in)

*Peak Period includes: Australia Day, Mardi Gras, Easter, Christmas & New Years.

* Failure to arrive on the reserved day will incur a full charge and cancellation of the said reservation.

*Please Note: If you are booking more than one person into a dorm room we cannot guarantee you will be in the same room. We will try our best.

*A $20 key deposit is required from every guest and will be refunded to you upon check-out.

*You must present valid photo ID (passport or driver license) to be able to check in. Failure to present

valid documents will result in denied check-in with no refund.

If arriving at Sydney International or Domestic Airport, call us on arrival for our FREE* airport pick-up! *free if you're staying with us for 3 nights or more. Service available from 6am to 7.30pm.

If coming from Central Station, we are simply two blocks down Pitt St (a quick 3 min walk).
