How to get to SOL HOSTEL from the Airport:
In Aeropuerto metro station get line 8 (pink) to the last stop Nuevos Ministerios.
Transfer to Line 10 (dark blue) and get to Plaza de España metro station. Transfer to Line 3 (yellow) and get to Embajadores.
When you get out of the metro station walk straight by Calle Ronda de Valencia and get the second street on the right (in the corner there is an ING bank office) that is Calle Bernardino Obregón, SOL HOSTEL is at no 25.

Hostel was good, but the thing that I have not liked, is that they have a large luggage storage, but travellers cannot use the except that when they leave, so must buy a lock with the small lockers. In General, I have found that people are too concerned with money.

It was nice to stay. There was respect, silence, cleanliness. I appreciated the friendly way as I was received and handled over time to remain in the Inn. It was nice to have stayed in calle de La Atocha station nearby, in the Centre of Madrid where a part of life happens.

siendo un albergue se encuentra muy bien, en las habitaciones tienes tu taquilla propia, las camas son cómodas,tienes información sobre muchas reuniones discotecas etc. su cercanía con el centro esta fenomenal.

Das Zimmer war gross genug, aber es ist schon recht weit von den Sehenswuerdigkeiten entfernt.
Ausserdem dauerte es ziemlich bis wir unser Fruehstuck bekamen.

L'hôtel est agréable, les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, la salle de bain aussi. le métro n'est pas loin.

Pretty basic, but does the job and isn't bad value for money. Wouldn't stay for much longer than the two nights i was there for. Breakfast was very basic - bread rolls, croissants or muffins to choose from in the corner of the common room. Not much atmosphere, but maybe that was just because it happened to be very quiet when i visited - that can have its benefits though! There were only two of us in a 10 bed dorm. Good location next to lots of eateries and is within walking distance of Sol and the Reine Sofia (free visiting hours between 1900-2100) if you're into art and culture or just need to kill some time
