About Sivarin Guesthouse
Sivarin guesthouse is a guesthouse at Samsen 3,offers a homey and romantic atmosphere, which is surrounded by the great and relaxing natural environment of the Chao phaya River, and the charming area of Old Town close by Khaosan Road and Rama VIII bridge,next to Chao Phraya River,not to far from Temple of the Emerald Buddha and wat Po.
We have 8 rooms 4 types.
1.Superior Double Room with Fan
2.Superior Double Room with AC
3.Family room(Double Bed and Single Bed)
4.Mixed Dorm AC shared bathroom (Air-con operating 18.00 - 11.00 hrs. (2 bunk beds max 4 persons)
All room rates include ABF breakfast (scramble eggs or fried eggs,sausage,toast,butter and jam,coffee,tea,cocoa,juice.)
Free internet and Wi-Fi.
Complementary a bottle of drinking water person per day
Daily clean up service.
Laundry service.
Private out door patio.
Electric current:220 volt.
***We provide hot and cold showers and have only shared bathrooms***

Cancellation Policy:
Our cancellation policy is 48hours before arrival time.
In case of a late cancellation or a no show we will charge our guests a fee equivalent to the price of the first night.

- Check-in time is 01.00 p.m.and check-out time is 12.00 p.m. (middy).
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and individual policies.
- Office time is 08.00 a.m.-08.00 p.m.
- After check-in you will get a key so you can come and go from Sivarin Guesthouse at any time you wish.

From Suvarnabhumi Airport you can take taxi to Samsen Soi 3 Banglumphu about 400-500 baht depending on traffic and you have to pay extra for service charge 50 baht (the passenger have to pay for express way in case you take that)
And also you can take Airport Express Bus (AE2) 150 baht a person get off at Khoasan Road.
Tuk Tuk from Khaosan road to Sivarin Guesthouse normally 30-50 baht one way.
If you would like to walk please walk down to Samsen Rd,pass intersection you going to see SBC Bank (purple bank) on the left side,keep walking pass Samsen Soi 1 then Samsen Soi 3 behold 7 eleven at the coner after that turn left walk straight 200 meters our place on the right hand.
If you come by train take taxi approx 100 baht or public bus No. 53 get off at Samsen Soi 3.
From BTS sky train (Praya Thai staion) you can take public bus No.72 get off at Thewet Market then Tuk Tuk 40 baht to Samsen Soi 3,if take taxi not more than 150 baht from sky train to Sivarin Guesthouse.

เกสเฮ้าส์อยู่ สามเสน ซ.3 เข้าซอยมาประมาณ 200 เมตร เกสเฮ้าส์จะอยู่ขวามือ ก่อนถึงร้านอาหารกินลมชมสะพาน
***ข้อสังเกต เมื่อเข้าซอยมาจะคล้าย ๆ บังคับเลี้ยวซ้าย อย่าเลี้ยว ให้ตรงมาอีก ประมาณ 5 เมตร จะเห็นเกสเฮ้าส์อยู่ทางขวามือ ชื่อ ศิวารินทร์ เกสเฮ้าส์ ขอบคุณค่ะ

Just spend 4 days in Bangkok, housed at Sivarin Guesthouse, near-essential cultural sites of the capital. Home very sympathetic on the part of the whole team, always at our listening and anxious we be pleasant. Especially clean rooms and hearty breakfast. We recommend this address and course will return in a next stay!
