Welcome, traveller! We opened in Berlin way back in 1998 and we are proud to have maintained some of the original East Berlin style and the spirit of the wild ï¿½90s!

Weï¿½ve got free Wi-Fi, hot showers, a great fully-equipped kitchen, bed linen, lockers and city maps! Start your evenings off right at happy hour our Red Rooster Bar from 4pm to 6pm, where all beers are only ï¿½1...

Most importantly, we believe that a good hostel - at least our idea of a good one - depends on good staff, good guests and tons of fun. This is what we aim for. Weï¿½re located in the interesting and creative Friedrichshain area of Berlin.

HOW TO GET TO US:

by train:

from HAUPTBAHNHOF: S-Bahn to ALEXANDERPLATZ, from there the U5, get off at 'FRANKFURTER TOR', walk into Warschauer Str, first on the right is Gruenberger Strasse, we're in No 23. Or S-Bahn to OSTBAHNHOF, from there Bus 240 into direction 'Storkower Str.', get off at GRÜNBERGER STRASSE.

by plane:

from SCHOENEFELD AIRPORT: take S-Bahn to WARSCHAUER STR, take the bridge to the right, then the 4th street 'GRUENBERGER STRASSE' to the left.

when you can't take the S-Bahn, take the RE14 to ALEXANDERPLATZ, from there the U5, get off at 'FRANKFURTER TOR', walk into Warschauer Str, first on the right is Gruenberger Strasse, we're in No 23.

from TEGEL AIRPORT: TXL Express Bus takes you to ALEXANDERPLATZ, from there the U5, get off at 'FRANKFURTER TOR', walk into Warschauer Str, first on the right is Gruenberger Strasse, we're in No 23.
