Arrival at Vienna Westbahnhof:

Get out of the train station and take the underground U6 just two stations (direction Floridsdorf) to Thaliastrasse. Get out at the end of the train and cross the street. There is Jack's Hostel.

Arrival at the Vienna Airport:

Take the CAT – City Airport Train (€ 10, 15 min) OR the train S7 (€ 3.60, but slower and less frequent) to Vienna Landstrasse. Then take the underground U3 (dir. Ottakring) to Westbahnhof. Now you take the underground U6 just two stations (direction Floridsdorf) to Thaliastrasse. Get out at the end of the train and cross the street. There is Jack's Hostel.

Arrival at Vienna Südbahnhof:

Vienna Südbahnhof is under construction now. So you probably will arrive at the station Meidling. There you take the underground U6 (direction Floridsdorf) to station Thaliastrasse. Get out at the end of the train and cross the street. There is Jack's Hostel.

Arrival at Vienna Praterstern:

Take the underground U1 (dir. Reumannplatz) and change at Stephansplatz to the underground U3 (dir. Ottakring). At Westbahnhof change to underground U6 (dir. Floridsdorf) and get off at the stop Thaliastraße. Get out at the end of the train and cross the street. There is Jack's Hostel.

Arrival at Vienna Erdberg:

Take the underground U3 (dir. Ottakring) and change at Westbahnhof to the underground U6 (dir. Floridsdorf). Get off at the stop Thaliastrasse. Get out at the end of the train and cross the street. There is Jack's Hostel.

Arrival at Vienna Sudtiroler Platz (Bus terminal):

Take the tram 18 (dir. Burggasse-Stadthalle) and change at Urban-Loritz-Platz to the underground U6 (dir. Floridsdorf). Get off at the stop Thaliastrasse. Get out at the end of the train and cross the street. There is Jack's Hostel.

Arrival by car:

From south, drive along the so called “Gürtel”: Mariahilfer Gürtel – Neubau Gürtel – Lerchenfelder Gürtel. If you arrive from north, drive along Mariahilfer Gürtel – Neubau Gürtel – Lerchenfelder Gürtel Turn around at the crossing “Burggasse”.

You can park your car in front of the hostel. As the hostel is situated close to city center, you have to pay on working days. But the staff will show you where you can park your car for free, just 10 minutes walk from the hostel.

Check-In

You can check in from 1pm every day.

If you arrive earlier than 1 pm you can leave your bags in the luggage room for free.

Check-Out

Latest check-out-time is 11am.

But if you leave Vienna later that day you can also leave your bags in the luggage room for free.

Cancellation period:

Booking can be cancelled for free till 48 hours at 6:00 pm (hostel time) before the arrival day. In case of late cancellation 100% of the cost for the first night will be charged.
