Visit our familiar Do Step Inn and explore Vienna with maximum comfort and minimum costs!
• The Do Step Inn is right in between the baroque city center (Ringstrasse – 25 min walk) and the famous Schönbrunn (Sissi) Palace (25 min walk) right next to Vienna’s main shopping street (Mariahilfer Strasse). So you don’t really need to buy a public transport ticket for exploring the city.
• Our rooms – not all of them are in the main building (2nd building around the corner) - have modern, convenient furniture. We not only offer dormitories (a 6-bed, a 4-bed and some 5-bed special priced dormitories in the basement) but also private double rooms for couples and private twin or triple rooms for guests preferring their privacy.
-> And the most important: Cleanliness is not a word but a mission!
• For our early guests: free luggage storage! If you will arrive before 3 pm in Vienna, bring us your luggage! We store everything for free from 8 am and we give you the chance for a free extra holiday. From the time of your arrival after 8 am you can use every free thing in our main building or do all the paperworks for Check-In. Your key-card you’ll receive between 3 pm and 9 pm at the reception. Use the first day for sightseeing without carrying your luggage around!
• Use our great kitchen facilities! You may prepare all kind of meals 24 hours a day having the supermarket just around the corner. Save your money! Following soon: our new café with the next step of hotel-enlargement in 2011!
• We offer you a spacious and comfortable lounge for your private entertainment and for the real backpackers feeling. And one of the biggest backpacker bars is in a few minutes walking distance. Or you buy the cheapest drinks at our vending machine or on our reception during the opening hours.
• At your departure you can use our easy Check-Out system: if all the paperwork is done, simply place your key in the check out box next to the reception apart from the reception opening hours! If you need luggage storage, you can use it on the day of your departure from 8 am until midnight – just ask at the reception for your free key!
• Last but not least: we have really fair rates! And besides, remember our many things offered totally free of charge! And a lot of them you can start using before your Check-In!

Important Information
Please mind our conditions:
• Check-In is from 3 pm to 12 pm.
• The balance due is payable by cash on arrival in Euros! We don’t accept credit cards!
• Arrival from 8 am to 3 pm – ask at the reception for your free luggage storage!
• Reception opening hours: 8 am – 9 pm
• Prices are including all Taxes. Breakfast is not included.
• Your reservation is hold until two hours after the arrival time you told us. In case of late arrival you need to give us a call! Otherwise we can’t guarantee your accommodation.
• As mentioned in our description – not all rooms are in our main building.
• Please note that, our 3 and 4 bed-private-rooms could be equipped with one double bed and single beds.
• Please understand that all freebies are only offered while stocks last.
• For your safety we need to maintain also our freebies!
• Some of the freebies you can only use from Check-In until Check-Out e.g. showers, towel, linen and some others.
We are a small private run hostel with definitive fair prices. We count on your understanding that we can’t have the reception permanently manned.

Our main building for Check-In is located next to “Westbahnhof” (underground, trains, airportbus, busses and tram). The cheaper rooms are just around the corner really no problem to find– we will explain everything in detail at your Check-In!
The Westbahnhof is the main point of public transport:
• Train: national and international train station
• Underground: Line U3 and U6;
• Tramway Lines: 5, 6, 18, 52, 58;
• Airport Bus from the Vienna Airport
• Nightline: N6, N49;
When you are in front of the Westbahnhof (building under construction) you need to turn right. The Felberstrasse is the street on the northern side of the railway station.
When you arrive at Wien-Westbahnhof (the main international railway station of the city) take the exit 'Felberstrasse' at the upper platform. Proceed to the street, turn to the left and walk about 100 meters.
Sightseeing around the Do Step Inn
From the Do Step Inn you are able to reach every sight within a few minutes! We are in between the baroque city center and the famous castle of Schönbrunn (Sisi’s palace). The Stadthalle (Austria’s biggest event-center) with many different top-acts around the year, is around the corner. Also one of the most famous Musical Theaters, the Raimund Theater, you can reach in 10 minutes by walk.
Shopping around the Do Step Inn
We are in 5 minutes walking distance next to the biggest shopping street of Vienna – Mariahilfer Straße. There and in the side streets you will find every kind of fashion and other needful things. When the weather’s not good enough for outside-shopping you can visit “Lugner City”. There you can shop everything indoor and you’ll find also different kinds of restaurants and a big cinema inside. Supermarkets for buying daily use articles and food you can reach with a few steps from us.

Everything is really nice.

The staff is really helpful.
the reason i love the bathroom the most is that instead of sharing the bathroom with bunch of people living on the same floor, each mixed room (room of 6 people) has its own bathroom.
but the internet reception in the room is not very stable and the front reception area does not open 24 7 (where u can receive the best internet signal).

Excellente auberge de jeunesse, très bon accueil. Tout est à disposition: serviette, draps, cuisine. Très propre (lavé tous les jours). Etant dans des dortoirs mixtes (5 places), nous n'avons eu aucun problème: respect dans les chambres + assez bonne insonorisation. Seul bémol: notre voyage s'est achevé avec l'arrivée d'un groupe d'étranger qui ne rangeait rien et était sale, il fallait attendre le passage de la femme de ménage pour un peu de propreté... Et un fait important: ils ne connaissent pas les volets en Autriche, il faut donc s'habituer à dormir avec de la lumière...

The small negative point of the hostel would be that it is still far from the city centre, access to the city centre must be via metro or velo.

Hostel very well located, near the train station, not far to walk from downtown. Very clean, kitchen provided in utensils, very kind, personal computers and the internet available. Very good quality-price ratio. I recommend this hostel!

Por fora não parece bonito, mas é muito bem conservado. Não há café da manhã, mas tem uma cozinha than dá para preparar o as quizer. Muito bem localizado, próximo da estação trem e há umas 8 quadras do museu well-bred.
Recomendo muito bom.

Very warm welcome. The hostel is clean and welcoming. A kitchen and a room with computers are available to us... it is very convenient. The room is very noisy, although it gave on the street. The proximity of the supermarket, station and public transport makes it very significant stay.
It is a really ideal place for small budgets.

The hostel is really located near the train station!
For what is noise I do not say the same thing... Finally there are some rooms which give on the street so much noise there is no double glazing.
Access internet wifi and via computers very pleasant.
updated kitchen has customers very well!
Hostesses are nice, pleasant, smiling and answer all possible questions and.. .parles actually several languages!
It is really good for a small budget! I do not regret!

Hostel located very close to a train and Metro station, allowing quick access to the city centre.
The rooms are clean, with lockers and not noise despite the many customers problem.
Free internet access in the main building with several positions.
Provision of a spacious cuisinne with utensils etc breakfast in Supplement €2 is correct.
The hostess are very kind and meet all of our questions in an efficient manner without that we do mind, they are multilingual.
The general framework is well maintained, clean and helpful, for a modest budget, I recommend for visitors to Vienna!
