Astor Hyde Park Hostel 191 Queens GateSW7 5EUFrom Gloucester Road Station:Turn left out of the station. Turn right at the traffic lights onto Cromwell Road. Continue until you get to the next set of traffic lights and turn left up Queens Gate. The hostel is on the right hand side about 200m from the end of the street.From Heathrow Airport:Take the Piccadilly Line into London and get off at Gloucester Road station. Then simply follow the instructions above to get to our hostel. From Gatwick Airport:Take the Gatwick Express (or similar trains) to London Victoria Station. From there, take the Circle or District lines, westbound until you get to South Kensington station and then simply follow the instructions above to get to the Astor Hyde Park. From Stansted Airport:Take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street. From their take the Circle line to Gloucester Road station. Then have a look at our directions above to get you to our hostel. You could also take a bus from Stansted (when all the trains have gone) which will take you to Victoria Coach Station. From there, cross the road to the underground and take the Circle line to Gloucester Road station.If you have, however, taken the bus from Stansted because there is no more underground service, please take the N52 night bus from Victoria Station and just tell the bus driver you are going to Queens Gate hell let you know when you get there. Theyre very nice like that! The stop is the Royal Albert Hall and is just around the corner from the hostel.

Le bâtiment est incroyablement beau, à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur.
Notre chambre ( 10 lits ) était très grande, tout était propre, de la literie à la salle de bain ( située à l'intérieur de la chambre : très pratique ). De même la cuisine et la salle dédiée aux repas sont des lieux agréables et propres.
Le personnel est très aimable, accueillant, et n'hésite pas à aider les voyageurs.
Un tout petit bémol ( toutefois sans rapport direct avec l'auberge elle-même ) : le quartier est chic, agréable pour se balader ou visiter des musées ( le V&A et le Natural History Museum sont à quelques pas ), mais en contrepartie, dès qu'il s'agit de trouver à manger pas cher, il vaut mieux s'éloigner un peu...
En résumé : une excellente auberge de jeunesse, mon séjour y fut parfait !
