GREAT LOCATION -Close to Greyhound and BART transit, this is the cheapest of 3 AAE hostels located in San Francisco! Newly Renovated and Grand re-opening in September. we provide $49 Private rooms and dorm Beds with 4 and 6 per room for Cheap! Centrally located in near Market Square, view the city of San Francisco from our rooftop balcony!

AAE S.F. European Hostel is centrally located in the South of Market (SOMA) area between Downtown and the Central Transportation of B.A.R.T. (Subway) Greyhound, and Amtrack Stations.
We are walking distance to the Bus, Train and direct BART run to the airport. This means you can arrive here from the airport for 1/2 the cost of a shuttle.
Close by to major attractions and public transportation. Within walking distance to Cable Cars, Union Square, City Hall, Convention Center, Fisherman's Warf, San Francisco Visitor's Bureau and Chinatown.
To avoid a one night penalty, all modifications and cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date by 1pm. Please contact the hostel directly via email as provided in your confirmation
Our low rates do not include a linen fee, please be aware. The local city tax of San Francisco is also not included here, but due at check in. **** $3 linen fee per night****
Dorm Beds require ID out of San Francisco area. Males over age 30cannot occupy a dorm bed.

Discount Coupons from AAE off total stay will be accepted until March 2012
Private Rooms can be rented by any adult, with proper ID. Dorm beds require a passport and student ID from out of local area. Males over age of 30 can not book a dorm bed. All dorm guest must prove travel itinerary. No occupancy over 21 days.
Taxes are not included in these rates. Also a $3 Linen Fee per night applies to guests
AAE Hostels has 3 locations in San Francisco, guest may transfer between the 3 based on availability and use discount coupons at all 3. Please see our main page at aaehotels.com to access these coupons.
Cancellations must be done 48 hours in advance notice directly to the hostel.

very well located but the service was poor! the building is old, awfully decorated, no. events, no. atmosphere in this youth hostel we didnt have a great time! They proposed any service, they even ask you 10 dollars to leave your luggage in the kitchen they dont have a baggae check... despairing!

Very well located (Metro 2 min), good home and enough own! the kitchen is equipped with a very small fridge!
Damage that there is only one shower and toilet per floor, this is just a little for the number of House.
The rooms are a little small and beds pitching... !
