Only the truth-good location, I don't recommend.We get 4 days, not swapped pq not had time to look for other, but he left to be desired in the hygiene issue, it is all very old, with infiltration in the room, loose tacos, reception sofas are old and filthy, the refrigerator available, to be opened, exit smell rotten q exuded throughout the environment, the fraquissimo breakfast, dirty dishes ...
For the bath there was hot water for two, i.e. If drank hot bath the other drank cold, a terror.I have already had experience in other hostels and staff always te of walking tips and suggestions to go in the city, while there staff goal is te sell far more expensive programs package.And to lead our stay we were four days without elevator, needing suber 5 flights of stairs to each time q needed go p the room, but we had luck pq some rose until the 9 floor including suitcase without nh assistencia them. ...Anyway sure vcs found something better than che there in Santiago, is really was a misleading propaganda, an awful experience.Good luck to all in their choices and do not fall in that hole. l

[Close]What i didn't like about the hostel was that the rooms were too full. Bad lockers (some without a door ^ ^) and noisy in general. The pictures make it look better than it actually is. Staff wasn't bad but not helpful either.
What i did like about the hostel was its good location in the city.
The beds were comfortable too and the price isn't bad.
In short; not a bad hostel, but there are better hostels in town.
I loved staying in this hostel. It is very clean and the staff is great. I felt comfortable and safe!
