The Times Square Deluxe B is a beautiful, one bedroom, 2 room apartment that sleeps up to 5 people in the very centre of Manhattan ï¿½ just three blocks away from Times Square and a block away from the Restaurant Row. The apartment is very comfortable and cosy. Even though the apartment is very close to Times Square it is still extremely quiet with the windows facing the backyard.

The Times Square Deluxe B and our other apartments managed by our company are the only environmentally-friendly serviced apartments in New York. We are trying to have as little impact on environment as possible ï¿½ the apartment is not perfect in this regard yet but it is getting there. We are using only eco-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled materials for all the paper and glass that we use in the apartment. We have signed a special contract with the electric company to ensure that we use only electricity generated by wind and water ï¿½ it costs a little more but we think it is worth it! We also try to use as much recyclable materials as possible. Nowadays everyone has to be thinking about the impact on our planet, and itï¿½s the little things like this that start to make a difference. Please, read our tips on becoming a green traveller.

Cancellation policy

ï¿½If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Hospitality Provider will charge a $50 processing fee

ï¿½If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking

ï¿½If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking

ï¿½If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date the booking will be non-refundable
