The Madison Avenue Deluxe is a beautiful, large, one bedroom, 2 room apartment that sleeps up to 5 people in the very centre of Manhattan � just couple blocks away from the Empire State Building.

The Madison Avenue Deluxe and our other apartments managed by our company are the only environmentally-friendly serviced apartments in New York. We are trying to have as little impact on environment as possible � the apartment is not perfect in this regard yet but it is getting there. We are using only eco-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled materials for all the paper and glass that we use in the apartment.

We have signed a special contract with the electric company to ensure that we use only electricity generated by wind and water � it costs a little more but we think it is worth it! We also try to use as much recyclable materials as possible. Nowadays everyone has to be thinking about the impact on our planet, and it�s the little things like this that start to make a difference. Please, read our tips on becoming a green traveller. The apartment has a large bedroom with a big closet and a queen size bed. There are 3 large closets in the apartment in total.

The living room is large and has a pull out sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 as well as a couch that can sleep an extra person. The apartment also comes with a coffee table and a dining table as well as a HDTV with cable. There is also free Wi-Fi Internet access and free International calls to International landlines so you can keep in touch with your family and friends back home.

Please note that an additional 14.75% will be charged separately for NY hotel and occupancy tax and service and processing fees.

After the booking is made we will ask you to pay 50% prepayment of the booking.

The apartment is also available to book for 5 people. In this case there will extra USD 25 charge per night for the 5th person.

Cancellation policy

�If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Hospitality Provider will charge a $50 processing fee

�If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking

�If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking

�If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date the booking will be non-refunda
