We don�t tolerate, under any circumstances, disrespectful and disruptive behavior, in particular that resulting from irresponsible drinking. In short, we don�t like drunk people! If this isn't okay with you, there are plenty of other places in Barcelona that could fulfill your needs.
No reception area!!! (The management office hours are Monday thru Saturday from 11 am to 21 pm and Sundays from 12pm to 5pm. It is mandatory that you Call us when you arrive in Barcelona, and before you arrive to the apartment to receive your exact check in time.)
Our space is a new & trendy accommodation, set in a newly renovated shared apartments. We offer private lockable rooms, with shared or private bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens.

Our location is superb because we are located on a pedestrian street next to Las Ramblas and Placa Catalunya. Las Ramblas can be seen from some of the apartments balconies. If you want to be walking distance to many of Barcelona attractions and be in the centre of Barcelona. Then our location is perfect
All these awesome worlds within walking distance.
We like to walk, BCN is a wanderer�s paradise,Luckily- for the walking deprived- there�s the subway & the bus, both just around the corner

Late - early check in charge:
25 euros/each room (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
50 euros/each room (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
75 euros/each room (1:01 am to 12:29 pm)
Check out: You are free to Check out: ( Anytime before 11am)without any charges
*Groups 5 or more will pay an extra cleaning fee of 35�per room
Please Note. People Under 14 Years Old Are Not Allowed.(Children or baby) Sorry!!!
Check Out: 10: 30 to 11:00 a.m.(You are free to check out anytime before 11am)with no charges.
If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11:00 a.m. check out time luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.

The AIRport is 110 km away from BCN .
Take the Barcelona Bus to Sants Estacio and

3 nuits réservées: parfait pour les 2 dernières nuits, appart très bien situé, agréable et en bon état... par contre impossibilité de nous reloger suite à "pb de douche" pour la première nuit (pas cool)...

Appartement très bien placé, dans les Ramblas, à côté de Carrefour Market. Propre, peu bruyant (il y a quand même un bar très connu juste en dessous, l'Ovella Negra!), déco stylée rouge&noir;, sol parquet, femme de ménage tous les jours (en fait elle loge dans l'appartement)
Néanmoins, beaucoup de restrictions: interdit d'inviter des amis (même à dîner) sous peine d'exclusion immédiate, obligation de payer en cash à l'arrivée (ça sent le black), interdiction d'arriver à l'appartement sans avoir fait la rencontre au Hard Rock Café...Cuisine peu fournie en ustensiles, pas de congélateur... Et pas de Wifi, mais un ordinateur en libre-service pour tous les clients, autant dire que c'est très problématique quand les voisins sont des geeks !

L'appartement est très bien situé, propre et pratique. Par contre, nous avions la chambre 12 qui nous a semblé bien minuscule à côté des autres ... (plus spacieuses, balcon, ...). Nous nous sommes donc sentis un peu à l'étroit avec nos 8 m² occupés pour la moitié par le mobilier !

Auberge bien placée pour visiter le centre de Barcelone !
Propre et accueillante, super cuisine équipée (frigo, congélateur, ...).
Déco des chambres sympa !
Un très bon séjour dans cette auberge !

Esta muy bien ubicado, es limpio, tranquilo, comodo solo que el horario de internet es corto (de 10 a 22 hs) y en ese horario uno esta paseando y conociendo Barcelona ( porque hay mucho para recorrer y conocer!!) lo demas me parecio muy bueno!!

le lieu est bien placé pres des ramblas,propre,avec une deco sympa,le probleme c'est qu'il n'y a qu'une salle de bain avec toilette non separée pour 5 chambres et cela pose souvent problème!,l'isolation est aussi à revoir!,la cuisine est sympa ,mais le frigo est plutot un congelateur! la troisieme chose que je regrette,c'est que je n'ai jamais pu lire ma boite mail,cela ne fonctionnait pas du tout!!!voila ce que je pense,sinon la proximite du metro permet de bien visiter Barcelone,ville tres interessante et vivante!j'ai passé avec ma fille un bon sejour.

Very good apartment. Considering the apartment is on C/ Sitges, we got 3 good nights' sleep - very quiet. Apartment was secure and very clean, and the décor was bright and attractive. The internet was free, and worked fairly well. The only minor niggles I had were that the hot water boiler couldn't cope well with two showers running at once, and although we had a very large window in our room, it didn't get much natural light (it looked out onto a terrace, but it was very shady due to the overhanging roof). We'd definitely stay here again though, as long as the prices were still reasonable.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour (5 jours). Qualité / prix respecté. La cuisine et le réfrigérateur sont très utiles. L'auberge est bien située par rapport aux stations de métro et aux sites à visiter.
